This form is for requesting a New Kerbside Waste Collection Service within the Council region.

Fees Apply

The current annual charge for a weekly kerbside collection is $XXX.00 per annum. Charges appear on your property rates notice as Weekly Waste Collection. Current waste collection fees and charges can be viewed on the Council's website.

New Applications

Applications for a New Kerbside Waste Collection service can only be approved for newly constructed properties. You will need to supply a Certificate of Occupancy with this application.
If you are unsure of the status of your property, require a service to an existing property or require further information, please email enquiries@yourcouncil.gov.au.

Important Information

Bins must be placed out the night before collection and a weight limit of 80 kgs applies to all bins. For more information on kerbside collection visit www.yourcouncil.gov.au.

The bins detailed below are provided by and remain the property of the Council. They should not be removed from the property or used for any other purpose than the kerbside collection.

 

Bins Supplied:

  • 120ltr RED lidded waste bin (landfill)
  • 240ltr YELLOW lidded bin (recycling - plastic, paper and cardboard)
  • 240ltr GREEN lidded bin (organics - food scraps and green waste)
  • 120ltr PURPLE lidded bin (recycling - glass)

It may be shared with Council contractors involved in waste collection. It will not be disclosed to other external parties without your consent, unless required or authorised by law.
